Trends in Student Aid 2008

 

Project Mission

The College Board, a not-for-profit organization that connects students to college opportunities, needed help designing and printing their annual Trends in Student Aid publication. The task was to compile comprehensive information and data into easy-to-read, digestible information that raised awareness on available funding for students from federal and state grants, loans, savings plans, and tax benefits.

 
 

Working closely with Account Service and Copy Writers, we were able to identify key call-out areas and found ways to reduce heavy paragraph sections and compile them into charts and diagrams while using a bright fresh color pallet. We also proposed changing the print publication from a standard letter-sized manual to a smaller, easy-to-hold, brochure booklet.
